Amy Floyd

Amy D. Floyd is a Director on the Municipal Capital Markets desk within the Municipal Banking and Markets division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She primarily focuses on providing financing to investors on affordable housing positions.

Amy joined the firm in 2005 as an Associate in Market Risk Management. In 2007, she became part of the Municipal Banking and Markets team and has performed various roles in addition to capital markets including derivatives marketing, institutional trading, and public sector banking.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy was an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets at S.G. Cowen. Amy obtained a M.S. in Computational Finance from New York University in 2005. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Colorado College in 2002.

Amy lives in Irvington, NY, with her husband and twin daughters. She serves as a board member for the Irvington Education Foundation and Metropolis Country Club. In her spare time, Amy enjoys playing golf and watching her daughters play basketball.
