Heather McArdle

Heather McArdle is the Director of Market Outreach for the US Public Finance practice at S&P Global Ratings. She is responsible for the development, prioritization, and execution of an outreach strategy for investor contacts throughout the US.

Prior to this role, Heather was the Director/Product Manager for Fixed Income Indices at S&P Dow Jones Indices. Before joining S&P, Heather spent fifteen years at Citigroup as a Director of Fixed Income Trading.

Heather holds a B.S. in Business/Economics from the University at Albany.
