Ian Rogow

Ian Rogow is a Director and co-head of Municipal Bond Research and Strategy. He focuses his attention on state and local governments and strategy. He has been recognized as the for his coverage of Puerto Rico, as Municipal Strategist and as the top Sell-side Director of Research by Smith’s Research and Gradings. He and his team have also been recognized as among the top Municipal Strategists in the US by Extel.

Previously, Rogow worked in the Public Finance Group at Moody’s, rating third-party credit and liquidity supported transactions and working on firm-wide municipal bankruptcy initiatives. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
