Robin Panzarella

Robin M. Panzarella is an associate on the Municipal Underwriting desk at BofA Securities. In her three years on the desk, Robin has priced tax-exempt and taxable transactions across a variety of sectors, both in the negotiated and competitive markets. In 2024, Robin was the sole underwriter for a total par amount of approximately $1.72 bn. Prior to joining the bank full-time in 2022, Robin interned in the Global Markets Sales and Trading Program.

In 2022, Robin graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, where she dual-concentrated in Decision Processes and Legal Studies and Business Ethics. Robin was also a four-year member of Penn’s DI Women’s Lacrosse team. Robin is registered FINRA SIE, Series 7, 52 and 63.

Robin lives in New York City but is originally from Moorestown, New Jersey. In her spare time, you may find her cheering on Philadelphia’s sports teams, reading and skiing.
