Janis Moore Campbell

Janis Moore Campbell advises learners on organizational awareness, implied aspects of work, and the unwritten “rules of engagement” in business settings. Campbell presents often on these topics and is frequently recognized for her contributions. Campbell sits on the Research & Trends Committee of the MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance and served for many years as a director on the board of the Eastern Association of Colleges & Employers (EACE).

A native New Yorker, Janis enjoys summers as a vocalist with “SNAP” Jazz Band and “Crazy Uncle” Classic Rock. In 2024, Campbell was appointed to the board of directors of The Primavera Fund, an organization that prepares gifted “tweens and teens” for life as a professional musician with a symphony orchestra.

Campbell holds a PhD in Educational Psychology.  Best advice she’s ever received?  “Give generously and you will reap abundantly.” Her advice to others? “Be so good they can’t ignore you.”
