Mary Presecan

Mary Presecan is Chief of Business Development and a Senior Project Manager at LRE Water – a water resources engineering and consulting firm that provides services related to planning, managing, and developing water resources throughout Colorado and the western United States.

Mary is a registered Professional Engineering in Colorado and Texas and holds professional certifications as both a Project Management Professional and Certified Expert Witness. She obtained her BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, and an MS in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Texas in Austin. Mary has 25 years of experience in the water industry, with 21 of those years practicing in Colorado as a water rights engineer. Mary’s expertise includes water resources master planning, long-range water supply and demand planning, analysis and recommendation of new raw water supplies, litigation support for water right matters including expert witness testimony in Water Court, and water right valuation studies and water market analyses.
