Tiphany Lee-Allen- Assistant Vice President at Moody's Investors Service

Tiphany Lee-Allen is an Assistant Vice President at Moody's Investors Service with experience in Public Finance, Green Bonds, and Environmental Social Governance Risk (ESG) analysis and research.

Tiphany is responsible for a vast portfolio of municipal tax and revenue backed transactions and green bond assessments. She manages public ratings and sector research for approximately 500 transactions, totaling more than $75 billion.  Additionally, Tiphany serves on the Steering Committee of the Moody's Multicultural Employee Resource Group.

Prior to joining Moody's in 2010, Tiphany worked with the United Nations Capital Development Fund in Kampala, Uganda where she helped to develop a micro-finance backed sustainable investing initiative.  

Tiphany holds a Masters in International Public Finance from the New York University Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Tiphany earned her BA in Political Science from Spelman College in Atlanta GA.
