Rachel Perlman

Rachel Perlman is Director of Institutional Sales at Boenning & Scattergood. Rachel joined Boenning & Scattergood in 1999 and helped reestablish the municipal bond department. Rachel served on the board of Boenning & Scattergood from 2011-2014. Prior to joining Boenning & Scattergood, she worked in institutional sales at AH Williams (1991-1998). She began her career in 1986 at Tucker Anthony in Philadelphia, and later joined Van Kampen Merritt (1988-1991). Rachel received her bachelor's degree in American Studies from Sweet Briar College.

 Debe Trachtenberg

Debe Trachtenberg is a Vice President at Eaton Vance Management and Director of Municipal Bond Trading on Eaton Vance’s Municipal Bond team.   She joined Eaton Vance in 1997. Debe has over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. Before joining Eaton Vance, she was a senior municipal trader with Fidelity Investments.

Lindsey Wetzel

Lindsey Wetzel is Co-Head Municipal Sales for Wealth Management, Executive Director (San Francisco). In her role, Lindsey is responsible for the development and distribution of Tax Exempt Fixed Income sales ideas. Lindsey and her team leverage firm wide strategy and content to drive and deliver the highest conviction sales ideas to Financial Advisors and their clients as they create and maintain their investment portfolios. Prior to her current role, Lindsey was in institutional Municipal Bond trading, where she traded national high grade credits and was a part of the California trading team. Lindsey has over 14 years’ experience in the municipal bond industry, beginning her career at Morgan Stanley in 2003 as an analyst in wealth management sales and underwriting. Lindsey had been on the board of the San Francisco Municipal Bond Club since 2005 and served as president in 2010 and 2015. Lindsey earned a B.A from Dartmouth College. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and two sons.
