Noreen Gallagher

Noreen Gallagher is a Managing Director on Baird’s institutional fixed income sales desk in Chicago. She began her career in research and portfolio management at Nuveen Investments, and then moved into sales at Banc One Capital Markets and Howe Barnes Investments. She has over 37 years of experience in municipal finance. Noreen received her Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois –

Urbana Champaign and her Master’s in Finance from Northern Illinois University. Noreen is on the board of the Barrington Area Community Foundation and has led her office's United Way campaigns. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, tennis and volleyball, and is an avid gardener and quilter.
